Louisville, Ky. (April 6, 2006) – Landacorp, a SHPS company, today announced an agreement with Wellesley, Mass.-based The Oak Group to integrate their MCAP Clinical Review Criteria into Landacorp’s medical management software solutions. Landacorp developed a customized Application Program Interface (API) which allows MCAP’s criteria to be seamlessly integrated into both Landacorp’s Maxsys II and maxMC software programs.

With the new integration, clients can launch MCAP-based reviews and then store and retrieve them in specific windows in Landacorp’s software. This integration enables clients to access patient data, review results and report on them while eliminating the need for time consuming duplicate data entry. The solution will be available in Maxsys II version 7.0.05 and maxMC version 8.0.05, slated for release beginning in April 2006.
