(March 7, 2006) – SHPS, a leading provider of healthcare consumerism solutions, announced today that its board of directors has appointed Rishabh Mehrotra, SHPS’ former president, human resource solutions and chief technology officer, the company’s new president. Mehrotra, who has more than 18 years experience in the healthcare and technology industries, replaces Dave Nelson, who announced his retirement from the company last month.

Rishabh is a graduate of Tufts University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
