Louisville, Ky. (March 5, 2004) - SHPS Holdings, Inc., the majority shareholder in SHPS, Inc., an integrated health management and benefit service provider headquartered in Louisville, Ky., announced today that it completed the acquisition of National Health Services, Inc. (NHS), a Louisville-based provider of care management services.

In the deal, which was announced last week, SHPS Holdings purchased NHS from BCE Emergis, Inc., a North American eBusiness company headquartered in Montreal, Quebec.
