SHPS Announces Retiree Solutions to Help Medicare Prescription Drug Plans Service New Enrollees

Louisville, Ky. (December 1, 2005) SHPS, a leading provider of Integrated Health Management solutions, announced today a suite of retiree solutions to help new Medicare Part D prescription drug plans (PDPs) immediately offer service excellence to new enrollees.
Recent retiree and employer reactions have shown that the Medicare Part D law is beneficial but complicated, with numerous compliance deadlines and communication hurdles. Moreover, managing individual retirees needs has not been the focus of many newly anointed plan providers. As a result, numerous new PDPs are struggling to provide consumer-friendly solutions to retirees wanting to enroll in their programs.
