(November 29, 2005) SHPS, the nations leading provider of Integrated Health Management solutions, has signed agreements with several of the nations largest employers to provide administrative and consultative support for Medicare Part D, the federal prescription drug benefit created as part of the 2003 Medicare Modernization Act.

SHPS will provide these companies ongoing Part D support services including enrolling senior participants, issuing notices of creditable coverage, providing electronic data feeds to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), billing retirees for monthly payments and providing actuarial services.
