As president of SHPS health management solutions, Reed Keller is responsible for clinical operations, technical support, client relations, and financial management. Health management solutions serves large employer customers in both the commercial and government sectors. The goal for SHPS’ health business is to achieve market leadership through a strong commitment to quality and by following a person-centric approach to health improvement. Mr. Keller brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the business services industry spanning healthcare, benefits, and management consulting.

Prior to joining SHPS in 2003, Mr. Keller served as CEO for two companies. Before that, as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), he built and ran one of the largest and most successful HR consultancies and outsourcing services businesses in the world – growing at an annualized rate of approximately 30 percent for more than a decade and taking the business from $100 million to more than $1 billion in worldwide sales. He joined SHPS after concluding the sale of Unifi Network LLC, a PwC subsidiary for which he was CEO, to Mellon Financial Corporation.

Mr. Keller graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Business with a bachelor of science in 1970 and a master of business administration degree in 1974. He serves on multiple boards and plays an active role in the Advisory Council to the Dean of the University of Tennessee, College of Business Administration.
