Reed Keller
President, Health Management Solutions

As president of SHPS health management solutions, Reed Keller oversees all sales and client relations activities for SHPS’ employer solutions. He is responsible for client retention and cultivating sales opportunities through management of day-to-day client service, integrating client-facing teams and collaborating with operating units. In addition, he works with large employers to design, build and operate integrated healthcare consumerism solutions. His goal for HMS is to achieve market leadership through a standards-based approach to healthcare management. Mr. Keller brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the business services industry spanning healthcare, benefits and management consulting.

Prior to joining SHPS in 2003, Mr. Keller served as CEO for two companies. As a partner within PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), he built and ran one of the largest and most successful HR consultancies and outsourcing services businesses in the world – growing at an annualized rate of approximately 30 percent for more than a decade, growing the company’s total benefits outsourcing and human resource outsourcing business from less than $100 million to more than $1 billion in worldwide sales. He joined SHPS after concluding the sale of Unifi Network LLC, a PwC subsidiary for which he was CEO, to Mellon Financial Corporation.

Mr. Keller graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Business with a bachelor of science in 1970 and a master of business administration degree in 1974. He serves on multiple boards and plays an active role in the Advisory Council to the Dean of the University of Tennessee, College of Business Administration.
