Jeff Rosenblum
Executive Vice President, Channel Solutions

As executive vice president, channel solutions, Jeff Rosenblum oversees sales activities for SHPS’ channel partners. He is responsible for managing the client experience from initial engagement through day-to-day service delivery, integrating client-facing teams, collaborating with operating units to cultivate sales opportunities and leveraging his deep understanding of the market to uniquely position SHPS’ solutions for channel partners. He brings more than 20 years of healthcare and benefits administration experience to his position. Mr. Rosenblum’s domain knowledge and expertise are instrumental in driving SHPS’ success with channel partnerships.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Rosenblum was senior vice president of business development for SHPS’ mid-market business unit. He was responsible for leading the channel sales team in all business development activities with brokers, carriers, third party administrators and preferred provider organizations.

Mr. Rosenblum previously served as president and CEO of the eBenX mid-market business unit, which SHPS acquired in 2003. Before joining eBenX, he was president and CEO of Arbor Associates – a company he founded in 1991 – that focused on benefit administration solutions for companies with 750 to 15,000 employees. Purchased by eBenX in 2000, Arbor specialized in cafeteria plan design, implementation, communication and administration, as well as benefits administration.

Mr. Rosenblum is a graduate of Northwestern University and holds a bachelor of arts degree from the School of Education. He also sits on the Employer’s Council of Flexible Compensation (ECFC) Technical Advisory Committee and is a certified instructor in flexible compensation through the ECFC.
