Jeffery Lanzet
Executive Vice President, Consumer-Driven Benefit Solutions

Jeffery Lanzet brings more than 25 years of experience in employee benefit and human resource administration to SHPS. As executive vice president of SHPS consumer-driven benefits solutions, Mr. Lanzet oversees operations for SHPS’ health & welfare administrative services to our BPO, carrier, and large employer clients. These services include COBRA administration, consumer communications, fulfillment, eligibility and enrollment, retiree administration, spending account management, and total absence management. He is charged with ensuring flawless product execution, defining the optimal customer experience, creating an agile and responsive organization, and collaborating with sales and client service teams to identify opportunities for innovation.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Lanzet was senior vice president of SHPS’ benefit plan administration and human resource solutions, where he was responsible for marketing and product management.

Before joining SHPS, Mr. Lanzet oversaw the employee benefit outsourcing practice at Aon Consulting. He also held leadership roles at Foster Higgins, Towers Perrin and Kwasha Lipton in marketing, sales, project management and operations. Mr. Lanzet has worked with a full range of human resource, health and welfare, defined benefit, and defined contribution plans from both an administrative and design perspective, and has expertise in portal design, contact center management and personalized communications.

Mr. Lanzet is a graduate of Brandeis University and holds a bachelor of arts in mathematics.
