Brad West
Executive Vice President, Channel Operations

As executive vice president of channel operations, Brad West oversees SHPS’ operations for our complete suite of solutions for channel partners. He is responsible for implementation, technical operations, carrier operations, financial services, enrollment processing, product development and quality assurance. Mr. West brings more than 10 years of experience in data processing, system development, product development, implementations, operations and process re-engineering to the position.

Prior to his current role, Mr. West was in charge of SHPS’ product development. His primary focus was on the development of ConneXion – the carrier-facing portal for enrollment and financial information.

Before joining SHPS, Mr. West spent several years as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies designing, developing and managing business applications. He has also worked for large carriers developing claim and enrollment data mining solutions to support actuaries and corporate executives.

Mr. West is a summa cum laude graduate of St. John’s University and holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics. He also holds a master of business administration from the Carlson School of Management with concentrations in finance and strategic management.
